Facility and Room Rental Information

Students, faculty, and staff as well as the general public may reserve rooms and facilities at the Mitchell Activity Center (MAC). Please review the hourly rate information below. Organizations allocated student fee programming dollars receive priority access to the Mitchell Activity Center. No reservation fees will be applied to this group but fees for use of spaces after hours will apply.

Gym Hourly Rates

  • Onetime or Semiannual Rental: $125
  • Reoccurring Rental with Net Setup: $90
  • Reoccurring Rental: $75
  • Additional Cost for Hours Closed (Rental Attendant Fee): $40 or $60 on Holidays

Dance Studio Hourly Rates

  • Onetime or Semiannual: $90
  • Reoccurring: $70
  • Additional Cost for Hours Closed (Rental Attendant Fee): $40 or $60 on Holidays

Game Room Hourly Rates

  • Onetime or Semiannual: $100
  • Reoccurring: $70
  • Additional Cost for Hours Closed (Rental Attendant Fee): $40 or $60 on Holidays

MAC 210 Hourly Rates

  • Onetime or Semiannual: $80
  • Reoccurring: $60
  • Additional Cost for Hours Closed (Rental Attendant Fee): $50

Flat Hourly Rates

  • Floor Cover (Setup / Tear Down): $350
  • Holiday Rentals (Custodial cost): $200
  • Reoccurring Rental Chairs: $30 for 50, $40 for 75, and $50 for 100
  • Onetime or Semiannual Chair Rate: $1.50 each
  • Additional Cost for Hours Closed (Rental Attendant Fee): $40 or $60 on Holidays
