Pick up your locker belongings

Students, Faculty/Staff, and Community:

Since July 14, 2020, MAC staff were in the building to allow Students, Community, and Staff to collect their belongings by August 27, 2020. Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, MAC staff identified which lockers belonged to people and placed their belongings in a bag with name and locker number and distributing those bags in a walk-up fashion or kept them until the deadline.

All belongings that were not picked up by August 27, 2020, had been donated to a charitable organization.

General rules to pick up your belongings:

  1. Face masks are *required*
  2. Check-in at front desk with photo ID
  3. Staff member will retrieve your bag
  4. Keep at least 6 feet of distance from others who may be waiting

All remote MAC and TAG programming can currently be found in Canvas under “The MAC”

The MAC will be hosting up to 19 live streamed group exercise classes per week via ZOOM for the Spring quarter!

These classes are open to students of all fitness levels. Every class will utilize your own body weight and will not require fitness equipment. Some household appliances may be used! You can find class descriptions and the schedule in Canvas. We recommend you give yourself 4’ x 4’ of space to safely perform these workouts. Like our normal in-person classes, we recommend wearing comfortable, no-restrictive clothing for your own safety.

All students/faculty/staff will be required to sign waivers in the form of a quiz in Canvas before they will be given access to the class links. If not completed per the instructions provided access to the classes will not be granted.

Having a membership at the Charles H. Mitchell Activity Center (MAC) means belonging to a community dedicated to health and wellness. The MAC features a variety of ways to become fit and active, including drop-in exercise classes and access to personal trainers and certified nutritionists at a discounted rate. We also offer cardio and strength training equipment, racquetball, squash and basketball courts and a recreational game room with table tennis and pool tables.
