11 a.m. Ground and Release: A Gentle Yoga Practice
A calming class that promotes deep relaxation and emotional release through gentle, nurturing poses. Perfect for de-stressing after a long day of classes. -
1 p.m. Pilates Mat Class
As in most traditional Pilates classes, we aim to address strength and flexibility to improve posture, balance, and coordination. We focus intentionally on our breath as a guide for movement, improve mobility in the spine, activate the core for support, and tone all muscle groups to experience a holistic full body workout. Simply put, we can think of this as a core conditioning class! The non-traditional flare that Maya adds into the practice is a need for big movement. Integrating all the individual working parts, we accumulate to a fast-paced flow that builds heat and endurance. -
3 p.m. Strength and Stability
Elevate your fitness with our Strength and Stability class, designed to improve muscle endurance, core strength, and overall balance. This class focuses on controlled, functional movements that target all major muscle groups, helping you build strength, enhance flexibility, and reduce the risk of injury. Perfect for all fitness levels, you'll work through a variety of exercises using bodyweight, dumbbells and other equipment to create a balanced, stronger, and more resilient body. Join us for a workout that will leave you feeling stronger, more stable, and confident in your movements!
