Meet the Group Fitness Instructors at the MAC!

Ife Ife (she/her) Yoga Instructor

Ife is a passionate yoga teacher with certifications in Hatha (Iyengar style), Kundalini, and Kemetic Yoga. Her classes are designed to be more than just physical movement—they are an invitation to explore self-love, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence. Through mindful sequencing, breathwork, and grounding practices, Ife creates a safe space for students to connect with their bodies, release pent-up emotions, and practice patience and acceptance.

In Ife’s classes, students are encouraged to slow down, be present, and embrace themselves with gentleness and compassion. The practice is a journey of healing—helping students navigate the ups and downs of college life while cultivating greater self-awareness and emotional resilience.

Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, Ife invites you to experience yoga as a tool for self-discovery and personal growth. Come join her in class to release stress, find balance, and reconnect with your body.
