Ife Ife (she/her) Yoga Instructor

Ife is a passionate yoga teacher with certifications in Hatha (Iyengar style), Kundalini, and Kemetic Yoga. Her classes are designed to be more than just physical movement—they are an invitation to explore self-love, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence. Through mindful sequencing, breathwork, and grounding practices, Ife creates a safe space for students to connect with their bodies, release pent-up emotions, and practice patience and acceptance.

In Ife’s classes, students are encouraged to slow down, be present, and embrace themselves with gentleness and compassion. The practice is a journey of healing—helping students navigate the ups and downs of college life while cultivating greater self-awareness and emotional resilience.

Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, Ife invites you to experience yoga as a tool for self-discovery and personal growth. Come join her in class to release stress, find balance, and reconnect with your body.


Jess Jess (she/her) SHiNE Dance Fitness™️ and UPLIFT™️ Instructor

Jess Gaffney is passionate about dance fitness and has over 10 years of teaching experience. Her goal is to make dance accessible, welcoming, and fun for everyone. She provides options for all levels and abilities so every participant feels empowered and included. Jess is a certified SHiNE™️, SHiNE Light™️, UPLIFT™️, and AFAA Group Fitness Instructor.


Maya Maya (she/her) Pilates Instructor

Maya Tacon (she/her) is a professional dancer, born and raised in New York! She graduated with honors from SUNY Purchase Conservatory of Dance after studying abroad at Taipei National University of the Arts in Taiwan. Since transplanting to Seattle, she has performed with various contemporary dance artists and companies. Maya is one half of CO-, a collaborative company that curates and produces dance events in vibrant environments and is a teacher for the worldwide family of Dance Church ®. After receiving her STOTT Pilates certification from Bodycenter Studios in Seattle, she has become devoted to discovering how exactly she fits into the fitness and wellness world as a dancer. Maya is deeply passionate about facilitating an empowering physical practice for both professional movers and non-dancers alike. Sandro Sandro (he/him) Level UP and Weight Training Lab Instructor

Sandro is a fitness trainer at Seattle Central College, where he also studies as a full-time student. With a passion for endurance sports and functional fitness, Sandro brings their experience from ultra marathons, rock climbing, and competitive handball with the Seattle Handball Club to every workout. His goal is to help others build strength, improve balance, and achieve peak physical performance. Whether you're new to fitness or an experienced athlete, Sandro is here to guide you on your journey to a stronger, more resilient body.


Tsechu Tsechu (she/her) Yoga and Pilates Instructor

Tsechu was born and raised in Nepal. She has been teaching yoga for 10+ years, guiding students of all levels through mindful movement and breathwork. Her classes emphasize the connection between body and mind, creating a nurturing space for self-discovery and relaxation. Tsechu's classes are welcoming and inclusive, fostering a sense of community. She uses music, guided meditations, and props to enhance the practice, ensuring that every student feels supported and inspired.


DavidDavid (he/him) Aikido Instructor

Sensei David has been training Kokikai Aikido for over 30 years, has been the chief instructor of Aikido Kokikai Seattle for more than 20 years, and is certified by the Aikido Kokikai Federation USA. His Aikido practices create an accessible and empowering environment for students of all fitness levels and backgrounds. David enjoys crafting cooperative, challenging and invigorating training, especially for people who never imagined they'd learn martial arts. Blending the physical, mental and philosophical aspects of Aikido, David helps people learn to use their bodies in natural and powerful ways, maintain a calm and present mind, and approach every challenge with the intention of creating constructive outcomes. While self defense is sometimes assumed to be combative, David's Aikido instruction emphasizes developing the skills, integrity and composure to successfully address potential conflicts without engaging in violence.


LeahLeah (she/her) Contemporary Dance Instructor

Leah Russell is a Seattle-based dance artist and educator who creates welcoming, imaginative, and non-judgmental spaces for movers of all backgrounds. She teaches open-level improvisation, contemporary technique and floorwork classes that balance structure with play, helping students deepen their physical awareness, expand their creativity, and connect with their own unique expression.

Leah has been teaching locally and internationally since 2016, her classes weave together her background in contemporary dance, theater, improvisation, and conditioning to offer students tools that are both technically strengthening and creatively liberating. She brings the depth of her performance career into her teaching, encouraging curiosity, courage, and joy in movement.


MannyManny Dunham

My name is Manny ("The Ak-47) Dunham, a retired, 27 year veteran boxer who was ranked #6 in the nation after after a long career of 70 fights and winning multiple titles during his career, including: 3-time PNW Champion; 3-time McCracken Fight Champion; Arctic Glove Champion; Oregon State Golden Glove Champion. Manny is a certified NCAA personal trainer and works with a variety of individuals, from people who want to get in shape to athletes. I currently own two business Nomad Boxing Club and K.O. Fitness, my personal training business.

I have been blessed to be in the position that I am in to share the joy and sweet science of Boxing to all individuals.
