2 p.m. Pilates Mat Class with Maya
As in most traditional Pilates classes, we aim to address strength and flexibility to improve posture, balance, and coordination. We focus intentionally on our breath as a guide for movement, improve mobility in the spine, activate the core for support, and tone all muscle groups to experience a holistic full body workout. Simply put, we can think of this as a core conditioning class! The non-traditional flare that Maya adds into the practice is a need for big movement. Integrating all the individual working parts, we accumulate to a fast-paced flow that builds heat and endurance. -
4:30 p.m. Level UP: Power and Agility Lab with Sandro
Build speed. Build power. Build confidence. This class is for students and athletes who want to improve quickness, jump higher, react faster, and change direction with control and power. Each week we’ll train with plyometrics—explosive movements like jumps, power strides, and rapid directional shifts that develop speed, strength, and reactivity. Combined with acceleration and deceleration drills, reaction challenges, and sport-specific movement patterns, you’ll leave faster, stronger, and more agile. Whether you play basketball, soccer, volleyball, or racket sports, the Power and Agility Lab will help you Level UP.

3 p.m. Aikido Martial Arts with David
Surprise yourself and try something unexpected! Aikido is a modern expression of traditional martial arts from Japan. Our training is fun, challenging and completely supportive and cooperative. We welcome everybody who is curious about martial arts and isn’t looking for combat or competition. No experience and no particular level of fitness is needed. Drop in once in a while or make it a regular practice to continue developing new skills and confidence. Training includes guided warm-ups, instruction and practice of nonviolent self-defense techniques, and mind-body development exercises. Wear comfortable clothes you can be active in. Bring your friends with you or make new ones at practice. Come find your flow! -
6 p.m. Contemporary Dance (All Levels) with Leah
Curious about contemporary dance? This class is perfect for movers of all backgrounds who want to explore a variety of contemporary dance techniques ranging from floorwork to release technique, and improvisation in an inclusive, playful and non-judgmental environment. We’ll focus on building versatility and confidence, with exercises that prioritize fluid movement, body awareness, creativity and personal expression. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to expand your movement vocabulary, this class offers tools to explore and grow in a supportive, all-levels setting. Come as you are and let’s move with joy!

Try SHiNE™️ Dance Fitness, for a mood-lifting class that leaves you feeling capable, confident, and connected to a supportive community.
