MAC Events/Activities

  • Winter Quarter 2025 Basketball Intramural League, registration is now open! More information is below. Registration closes January 23rd!
  • Tuesday January 27th, Karaoke at the MAC 3 to 6 p.m.
  • Winter Wellness Challenge starts February 2nd! Join the MAC for a month of wellness activities, visit the front desk in February to get a Winter Wellness card to join the challenge. Complete all activities on the card and be entered to win a Wellness Gift Basket.

Winter Quarter 2026 Basketball Intramural League

  • Time frame: 01/30 through 03/13, Fridays 12 to 3 p.m.
  • Location: Will rotate between North, Central and South.

Get ready for a fun and competitive basketball experience! The Seattle Colleges Intramural Basketball League is a great way for current Seattle College students to get active, meet new people, and enjoy some friendly competition. Whether you're a seasoned player or just looking to have some fun, this league is designed to be both structured and enjoyable for all skill levels. Registration is required to participate, so be sure to sign up to reserve your spot. This league is open only to current Seattle College students, so grab your friends or sign up individually to join a team!

Open Gym

  • Basketball
    • Monday 8 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
    • Tuesday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
    • Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    • Basketball Club, Tuesday and Wednesday 3:30 to 5:15 p.m.
  • Volleyball
    • Tuesday and Thursday 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
    • Volleyball Club, Tuesday and Thursday 3:30 to 5:15 p.m.
  • Badminton
    • Monday and Wednesday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 to 5:15 p.m.
    • Badminton Club, Monday and Wednesday 2 to 4 p.m.

Portable nets are available on the lower-level courts for times when open gym is not set up for badminton or volleyball.

Daily fitness classes are held in the fitness studios, classes are free for MAC members. Classes run between 45 to 60 minutes in length and no registration is required.
