Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa yoga is an all-levels class. We offer different levels for each pose, and every individual can take it to the level of difficulty that feels right for them. Each class is designed to incorporate proper breathing techniques, stretching, isolated movements and dynamic flow.

Level 2
Level 2 classes are designed to take you to the intermediate level where you will expand on your strength, stamina and flexibility as you are given options to take more advanced poses. This class is also taught in a vinyasa style meaning that all of the movement’s flow together and synchronize with your breath. All body types and styles can do these classes so please come get your yogi on with us!

Acro Yoga
Acro Yoga is a joyful blend of partner acrobatics, yoga and Thai massage. This practice will get you moving in new ways as you work with others to develop your balance, body awareness, strength, flexibility and teamwork skills. Acro Yoga classes build community while emphasizing effective communication, safety and most importantly, fun. No experience or partner necessary.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga rejuvenates your body, calms your mind and reduces tension. It is therapeutic and non-strength-based practice, benefits include increased range of motion, relaxation and stress reduction.
