We invite you to sign up for a free consultation with one of our certified personal trainers. During this consultation, you and your trainer will discuss your fitness goals, go over basic techniques and begin to lay out a highly personalized training plan. The trainer will also review rates and schedule for future training sessions.

Personal Training Package (Student Members Only)

Take advantage of our free personal training package for active student members! You'll get the initial consultation as well as two 30-minute training sessions, a detailed workout plan and follow-up consultation. 

After your free consultation, rates are as follows:

  • $35 - 1 hour
  • $280 - 10 hours ($28 per hour)
  • $650 - 25 hours ($26 per hour)

Meet Our Trainers

Thomas received his Certified Personal Trainer credentials through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2009.

Since then, Thomas has been able to help many get up and off the sidelines and into a more active and fulfilling lifestyle. His specialty is preparing for 'obstacle course' events like the Warrior Dash. He also is great at building healthy foundations for all adults looking to live a more balanced life style. In addition to personal training, Thomas leads group exercise classes, specializing in TRX suspension training, total body conditioning, circuit classes and outdoor boot camps.

In his own life Thomas is very active. He spent five years doing gymnastics, four years doing crew and now is spending as much time as he can biking, hiking and swimming through the Pacific Northwest. Most recently he has been expanding and deepening his fitness knowledge with advanced training courses through NASM.

Mario is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys helping people reach their goals through personalized programs that fit their abilities and schedule. For the past 12 years, he has coached middle school and high school athletes in soccer and softball. Mario has also helped trained student athletes to help prepare them for the next step as successful college athletes.

Mario's favorite methods of coaching are speed and agility. He is experienced in kettlebell training, primal move and body weight training. He believes in building up the skills you already have and creating a solid foundation for long-term fitness results.

Currently, Mario is also a physical education student at Eastern Oregon University and hopes to become a high school P.E. teacher in the near future, bringing back 'old-school' strengthening methods such as pull-up challenges.

Mario lives in South Seattle with his wife and 3-year-old Chihuahua, Buttercup.

Michelle has been active and passionate about fitness and wellness her entire life. She became a trainer after leaving a career in insurance marketing to pursue her true passion in life: helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.

Michelle is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)-certified personal trainer and a Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance. She is licensed to teach Zumba, as well as Zumba specialties (STRONG, Toning, Aqua, Step and Gold). She is a certified running coach through Road Runners Club of America and also coaches triathletes. She is a certified Level 2 Reiki practitioner and level 1 Precision Nutrition graduate. She has taught through North Seattle College, Vera Fitness, Namaste Coaching and Wellness, Silver Sneakers Flex program and has taught yoga to women in prison through the Yoga Behind Bars program.

An avid runner, triathlete and competitive swimmer, Michelle has completed 70+ half-marathons, 18 marathons, an ultra-marathon, 4 ½ Ironmans and the Coeur d’Alene Ironman Triathlon. She coached 3rd-6th grade girls to run their first 5k through the Girls on the Run program and was head mentor for the Danskin and SheRox triathlons.

In her spare time, Michelle can be found gardening, running and playing with her dogs. She believes that everyone deserves health, happiness and the opportunity to be their best self.
