Dance Fitness is designed to make working out fun, burn calories & tone your body, with easy to follow athletic cardio dance routines, while listening to new hits and old school jams.
Move to choreography from several different styles including Hip Hop, Broadway, Latin, Swing and more, as you sweat and smile through an energizing workout.
All Levels are welcome and encouraged to enjoy at their own pace.
Attending this Class
