Boxing for Fitness
Our Boxing Program is currently being revamped. If you are inquiring about becoming a boxing instructor for the MAC please reach out to Paul Carter at Paul.Carter@seattlecolleges.edu
This class covers fundamental boxing skills and advanced conditioning exercises. Our boxing training provides one of the most demanding full-body workouts of any sport.
Boxing can help you increase muscle tone, lower body fat, improve reflexes and build upper body strength. You will learn advanced conditioning exercises while sharpening your newly acquired boxing skills. You will also learn how to apply these techniques to boxing equipment as well as enjoying a total body workout. Don't worry! There is no actual sparring combat.
