Zumba

When you first see a Zumba class in action, we bet you'll be itching to give it a try. Zumba is a high-energy dance fitness program set to Latin and other international beats. Before you know it, you'll find your energy levels soaring and your body fitter than ever before!

There’s no party like a Zumba party, and no fitness class quite like one either. Zumba is easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating - even if you've never danced before. Our students often find themselves quickly becoming part of a deep-rooted community.

Attending this Class

Mitchell Activity Center (MAC) members can attend this class at any point during the quarter for free. Not a MAC member? You can join a class using a guest pass, or sign up for the series of classes through Continuing Education.
