Total Body Conditioning

Total Body Conditioning (TBC) is a multi-level full body workout that targets all of the major muscle groups. This workout is designed to contain challenging exercises that will increase strength, decrease body fat and improve overall conditioning.

Class format will change slightly every day but will include the essentials; cardio, strength training and a proper cool down. Some of the things you will see in class are pushups, sit-ups, lunges, light weights, resistance band work and more. Different levels of difficulty will be offered for most exercises so you can adjust the routine to your own limitations.

Attending this Class

Mitchell Activity Center (MAC) members can attend this class at any point during the quarter for free. Not a MAC member? You can join a class using a guest pass.
